During fifteen months of strict rural COVID lockdown with her parents, Ming started to construct her own Tarot deck centering contemporary images of women and BIPOC individuals.

Throughout the project, which is ongoing, she has stuck to the old-fashioned glue-and-scissors collage medium, using only her parents’ stacks of old magazines.
